Free technical support by e-mail is available to registered users of Gold Bass Software products. However, we reserve the right to terminate support to users who in our judgement are unreasonable or abusive, or who have problems which transcend the scope of this software.

If the Help files contained in the software do not answer your questions, then please click help to send an email with your request. You will receive a reply within 24 hours.

Bug Reports
Although we test our software, rigorously, there is always the possibility that a bug will appear when the program is used under a different set of conditions. If you think you have encountered such a problem, please go to Report a Bug.
